Responsible for managing the General Surgery Clinic with 7 surgeons and 6 staff. Responsible for revamping and managing the Same Day Surgery Admissions Unit and managing 2 employees. Researched, planned and implemented program for lodging patients outside the hospital the night before surgery and arranging their transportation.

Worked as assistant head and staff nurse for rotating between the ward and the Progressive Care Unit. The floor was a fast paced 28-bed telemetry, medical-surgical and step-down with over 30 staff members. Initiated and implemented plans improving patient care. Served as representative for Performance Improvement. Implemented training plan for the reservists each month to ensure their familiarity of the ward.

Worked as a charge and staff nurse on a 28 bed orthopedic floor with 25 staff. Responsible for the staffing schedule. While profis to Korea  attended joint training exercises. Attended University of Hawaii completing courses in research and nursing theory.
